ALL FILERS: Email CANDpm@cand.uscourts.gov, with subject “URGENT MOTION FOR TRO.” In the email body, provide a brief description of the filing and the exigent circumstances, specifically stating the reason why the matter cannot wait until the Court reopens Wednesday morning (November 6) at 9:00 am. Attach your documents to the email.
FILERS who are ECF users: In addition to the above, file your document on ECF, using Civil -> Motions and Other Filings -> Temporary Restraining Order.
