In order to implement a key software upgrade, the US District Court, Northern District of California’s CM/ECF system will be offline from 12:01 a.m. PT Saturday, February 11 to 6 p.m. PT Sunday, February 12. This update is primarily for server stability and maintenance; it should not affect how ECF works.
